LUBE OIL AND FILTER SERVICE

  • Change engine oil and filter
  • Lubricate front and rear suspension
  • Lubricate door hinges and lock cylinders
  • Inspect air filters
  • Inspect all belts for wear and tension
  • drive axle boot inspection
  • Inspect all shocks and struts
  • Inspect lighting for proper operation
  • Inspected for proper fluid levels

  • Inspect tires for signs of alignment problems
  • Move tires from front to rear of vehicle and vice versa
  • Visual inspection of chassis, exhaust, brake lines and exhaust system
  • Road test vehicle to ensure proper operation

CLEAN AND ADJUST REAR BRAKES

  • Remove all tires and inspect for wear and condition
  • Inspect all brakes for material remaining and proper operation
  • Clean out built up brake dust from inside of the rear drums and from self adjusters on rear brakes
  • Inspect drums and rotors for thickness and scoring
  • Install brake drums and adjust brakes as needed to ensure maximum stopping power
  • Inspect emergency brake condition and operation
  • Adjust all tire pressures
  • Road test vehicle to ensure proper braking

REPLACE FUEL FILTER

  • Remove fuel filter and replace with new filter

  • Inspect fuel lines for any signs of weakness or leakage

  • Re-inspect for any leaks being evident after vehicle has been running for two to three minutes
