WHAT ARE RADIATOR HOSES? Radiator hoses are a rubber line that carry the coolant (antifreeze) to and from the radiator for the purposes of cooling the engine |

How will I know when it's time for replacement? |

DID YOU KNOW....... Not replacing a failing coolant component such as a radiator hose can result in over heating of the engine and even cause the engine to seize requiring replacement. A worn or malfunctioning coolant component is likely to cause other components to be damaged as well. This is one of the many instances where sub sequential damage may add up to being more than the cost of the original repair. Have your cooling system inspected every 3 months / 3,000 miles or 5,000 km when your oil is being changed to ensure proper operation as well as avoid any further cost. |
